Fans of Big Brother Naija star Erica Nlewedim have awarded a 10 million naira scholarship to one lucky student from an orphanage home.
The scholarship which will entail the lucky student being sponsored from JSS1 up to SS3 is in celebration of Erica’s 27th birthday.
According to the fans known as Elites, the generous offer is inspired by the Star girl’s philanthropic nature. It was also revealed that the lucky beneficiary is yet to be selected but an announcement would be made when that has been done.
Taking to Twitter to make the announcement, @bervelynnnnnn wrote;
“On Behalf of @EricaNlewedim, inspired by the story of Praise on her Instagram live, we team IVY CRYSTALS, were inspired by Erica’s philanthropic traits to do this.
We the Ivy crystals Elite League will like to offer a sum of 10million Naira to a student for a scholarship to one of the private schools Phidel College Lagos Nigeria, from Jss1 to Ss3 with Waec/Neco and Jamb included, also the student will also get to choose any private university of his/her choice, the said student will be chosen from a Motherless BabyHome and everything will be documented from the beginning of the school enrollment to the end of SS3…”
