Agent Fulvio Marrucco has revealed Kim Min-jae could’ve joined Napoli a year earlier.

The summer signing from Fenerbahce has been a revelation in Naples.

Marruco set up the deal and told Radio CRC: “I proposed him some time ago, but then no negotiations were undertaken. It was the time when many .ers wanted to leave China because salaries had been lowered, so many .ers would have liked to move.
