Today, at the National Assembly in Abuja, a protest against the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, was held.
This afternoon, a group of men and women were observed in front of the assembly complex waving placards with anti-Proscribed pro-secession messages.
According to reports, the protest was organized by Chukwuka Ofoegbu, also known as ‘ijelespeaks.’
Some of the demonstrators were spotted holding signs that read, among other things, “Say No to IPOB and its Terrorism,” “How is burning WAEC Examination materials going to give you Biafra?” and “How is burning WAEC Examination materials going to give you Biafra?”
The demonstrators also targeted Enyinnaya Abaribe, an Abia senator, for allegedly supporting the group and its leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
