The recording is an excerpt from the opening statement by the President of the African Development Bank (www.AfDB.org), Akinwumi Adesina, at the meeting of African Ministers of Finance and Ministers of Agriculture co-hosted by the African Union Commission and the African Development Bank Group on May 19, 2022.
