Rangers management approves new resumption date for .ers and technical crew – Sporting Life
Management of the ‘Flying Antelopes’, Rangers International F.C has approved the resumption date of September 11, 2022, for the fast approaching 2022/2023 football season with full training session expected to kick off on Monday, September 12, 2022, under the watchful eyes of Coach Abdul Maikaba and his lieutenants.
Club’s administrative secretary, Barrister Ferdinand Ugwuarua, advised the retained and newly contracted .ers to make themselves available on the dates stated while urging fans of the club to continue with their massive support in the coming season as the club hopes to challenge all front for a good finish in the season.

The young football administrator said ahead of the resumption, “After twice shifting our resumption date, I wish to inform all our retained and those that have agreed to team up with us in the coming season, that we expect them to return and join the training sessions that will take off on Monday, September 12, 2022, as the coaches and management have put facilities in place for the perfect start to the season. It is our belief that the 2022/2023 season will be a fantastic one for us.”
Recall that .ers, coaches, and other officials of the seven-time Nigeria league champions embarked on a three-weeks break at the end of the 2021/2022 season after placing 5th on the twenty-team log.
