Here is an easily home-made pineapple juice recipe for treating cough:
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1 piece of ginger (about 3 inches)/1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 Tbsp raw honey(organic)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- A little salt
The above items are blended up together and your home-made cough juice is ready. It could be taken up to 3 times a day.
