Apostle Johnson Suleiman’s church – Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) Worldwide has asked its members and Christians, in general, to refrain from making . about the ongoing sex scandal currently rocking the church’s General Overseer.
A statement signed by the church’s Communications Director, Phrank Shaibu reads;
“It has become imperative that we advise all Omega Children and Christians Worldwide to put an end to the ongoing media war that we have engaged in.
“Every wise person would know that this is not a battle of humans but one between the Kingdom of God and that of darkness.
“Therefore, nobody is permitted further to issue a statement or comment on the matter. All . Live Videos on the issue should also stop forthwith. It is advised that we spend our time concentrating on more relevant issues that bother on the Kingdom.
“We are well aware where all these are coming from and we will deal with it spiritually.”
The messy sex scandal involving Apostle Suleiman was made public by one Stephanie Otobo, a Canadian-based singer who had accused the pastor of impregnating her, and breaching his promise to marry her.

More so, Stephanie alleged that she’s not the only lady sexually involved with the cleric, but mentioned Nollywood actress, Daniella Okeke as one of his alleged mistresses.
According to Sahara Reporters investigations, an SUV which Daniella claimed belonged to her, was registered under Apostle Suleiman’s name in Lagos.
Another lady simply identified as Queen Esther who claimed to be a former usher in Suleman’s church came out on Sunday claiming that they were in a sexual relationship between August 2013 and April 2014. She added that the relationship ended because Suleman’s wife got to know of it.
The Canada-based singer has continued to release more intimate details about her alleged romance with Suleiman., and as expected, there has been various reactions from different quarters since the scandal hit the internet. However, Suleiman has since denied the allegations levelled against him.
For instance, Reno Omokri, a former Special Adviser to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on Electronic Media, has weighed in on the issue, berating those condemning Apostle Johnson Suleman over the scandal.

Stressing that there can be smoke without fire, Omokri said Nigerians were too hasty in their judgment of the case. In a . post, Omokri said he believes that Suleman may be innocent of the allegations adding that those condemning him should wait until he died before burying him. Hear him;
“Some of you are . on . spitting venom on Apostle Johnson Suleman for an accusation whose veracity you are not sure of.
“I just read from a fellow on . who wrote a statement with a lot of ifs. You are filled with ifs and yet you are making judgments? Rather than give the man the benefit of the doubt, you start casting aspersions and slurs.
“Do not wait until it happens to you before you know that there can be smoke without fire. If you have too much bile and venom inside you, then unleash on corrupt politicians. But before you bury Apostle Suleiman, I will urge you to wait until he dies.
“Apostle Suleiman, I do not think you are guilty, but no matter the case, in good times and bad times I will stand by you!”
