Sometimes, we put on our jeans, take a look in the mirror and wonder why we look so short, especially our legs.

Step 1: Cuff It

The first step I follow is to cuff my jeans until they are about 1″ above my ankle bone or the top of my shoe if I am wearing booties or anything with an ankle strap. You can roll them once or twice depending on the length of your jeans.

Step 2: Heel It

You can pick any type of heel you like, but this step really makes the biggest difference of all because it will elongate your legs (this is also a great why to get some “hidden height” when wearing bootcut or flared jeans).

Step 3: Tuck It

Try a half-tuck or full-tuck to show off more of your jeans. This will draw up your waistline which will instantly make your legs look longer.
Step 4: Belt It

This step is completely optional, but I like it because it draws the eye up to your waist instead of looking towards the middle part of your jeans.
