The question on most minds would be; should I make wedding plans with the groom in mind? But, the proper question in our opinion should be… Why not?
Making wedding plans with the groom is important because it’s his wedding too. We know he wasn’t the one screaming “Yes! Yes!” out loud after the proposal, but he was also excited and is probably looking forward to the wedding.
Here’s some reasons why bae should be involved in this journey:
1. It’s his day too
Although, nobody sings ‘. comes the groom’, it takes two for a wedding ceremony to take place, and that’s why it’s a union. So, it won’t hurt to involve your groom.
2. The journey of a thousand miles…
Begins with a step. Involving him in the wedding planning process will make for an interesting team bonding experience. Your marriage is going to be a lifetime of team work, so, why don’t you start with this first step.
Involving the groom makes the process quicker. More often than not, your amazing girl squad will be solidly behind you, but you’ll still find yourself leaning towards another opinion to seal your decision. So instead of calling that last ‘neutral’ friend or sleeping on it for one more night, involving the groom definitely shortens the process because his opinion will be that seal you need… Hopefully!
He’ll be glad you did. Also .’s why you should give him a wedding gift.
